Follow up letter

Hey guys…

I want to start sending follow up letters to my past clients not real estate agents, but the home buyer. I’ve looked on the InterNACHI site and I can’t seem to find one. I was thinking of a 30 day letter, 90 day letter, 6 months and the 11 month letter.

Do you guys do anything like this?

Rico, do you happen to use HomeGauge? TRM (Time Release Messaging) will do what you need. When I upload a report, I schedule follow-up letters throughout the year with a couple of clicks.
