I just got off the phone with member Ron Sabac. Ron, an InterNACHI member and ASHI Chapter and FABI founder has retired after many years in the inspection business. He made over $250,000 per year by himself (one man operation). He has graciously offered to tell how he did it and his exit strategies for retiring from the industry to Florida InterNACHI Chapters.
