I like what I heard the other day on the news
“When our economy invests in gold, it’s like we are standing in the doorway for a protection during an earthquake” This was expressed, not surprisingly, as a lack of confidence in our economy.
Just another way our government is trying to prop up it’s fake money (you know, those little rectangular pieces of paper with little faces on them that they keep printing and which aren’t backed by anything). Note my avatar PIC in this post.
