Messing around with a couple different softwares. What are these abbreviations in HIP? I can only figure out Serviceable. Why not just the full word? Also it generates the report with these abbreviations as well. Wouldn’t this make things more confusing for the clients?

The answer is:
Serv.= Serviceable, performing its intended purpose., NP= Not Present, NI= Not Inspected,
Rev. = Review for repairs or replacement

Yes, they are fully editable. You can use whatever terms you want or you can choose to not use the little boxes.
