Successful and busy home inspection Company has an opening for an experienced NJ Licensed Home Inspector to join our team.
Our focus is on performing top quality home inspections and having great verbal and written communication with our clients so they can make an informed purchase decision.
Work from home, appointments are arranged for you by our office so you can concentrate on doing great home inspections. Work independently with our full technical support when you need it.
Excellent earnings potential based on inspections performed. High volume of work expected for the coming year. Part time to full time as season progresses.
Job Requirements:
New Jersey Home Inspection License, and certification in WDI and Radon
Current home inspector preferred, residential construction experience a plus
Integrity with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibility to respond to questions on reports from customers.
Punctuality with the ability to perform at a high level without direct supervision.
Willing to do marketing in local area.
Availability to work on most weekends.
Ability to work in all weather conditions, climb ladders, access crawlspaces, attics and to be able to do all the physical tasks which may be necessary to perform a home inspection.
Reliable transportation, valid drivers license and insurance.
Ability to pass all the employment screening and a technical knowledge exam
