I’m hoping to stick around in this business & have something to teach my children. Already, my 5 yr old son wants to “help” on home inspections. I took a look at a vacant property for a friend, who was looking for investment property. My son wanted to see what I do…so he tagged along. He was checking out the attic, and even got IN the crawl space access to see where I was.
I sure hope we can keep the industry moving forward, so we have something to share in the future.
