Ok everyone, hope all of you are well. I am a new inspector and I work in the Pawleys Island, SC area. My question is what are some avenues to maintain an inspection business after a major hurricane as hit…obviously, many people prob won’t be hiring inspectors after a catastrophic event. I get the business may pick up once people are rebuilding. What are options to offer for the houses that didn’t sustain major damage?
Damage assessment. …Water intrusion…etc…
People will want all kinds of inspections… we were swamped after Irma.
