I don’t even own binoculars. Between technology and ladders there is no excuse to not get a decent look at the roof.

I agree with you totally that there is no reason to only use binoculars.
Though up here, with the up in the air drone laws and the privacy issues I am not sure drones are ready to be used in a fulltime capacity.

I make it a point to get up on the roof when it can be safely acessed. I even had a realtor comment when he saw me up there. Too many things to miss with binoculars. Plus it shows that you care and are thorough.
