Anyone have any good relevant topics to discuss and prepare for an agent lunch n learn I’ll be presenting in the next couple of weeks. I’m in Georgia and have never conducted one of these although I have presented to groups in the past.
Advising the seller what to do prior to their inspection?
Make systems accessible, make attic accessible, etc.
I’m sure you can come up with some other things.
