The seller’s kids were happy after I retrieved their Nerf boomerang from an upper level gutter today. I think they forgot it was even up there. It’s always a good thing when you can put a smile on a kid’s face…I became the best inspector ever in their minds. The home owner said they threw it up there a couple of years ago and he wasn’t about to climb the roof to get it. 
That’s the problem I have with my kids, they know I have the ability to get anything off a roof. When something goes up they won’t let up until it comes down.
