I am looking for an experienced construction consultant to take the owner’s position in a residential insurance project.
The responsibilities include: competing the architectural drawings (Comprehensive and coordinated), Bidding to vetted general contractors and managing the project to completion.
The project is a storm damaged two story home that will require complete removal of the roof, second story walls and some first story walls.
The home is approx. 3000sf in a nice neighborhood. It is frame with brick veneer front.
