I have been shadowing a Certified Home Inspector on some recent jobs, While doing this I have learned quite a bit, My question is, what is expected when I submit my mock inspections for review? Also, it states that if I have done any paid inspections, that I don’t have to submit the mock inspections, is this true? How do you do an inspection if you are not certified.
