As I was half way through completing a home inspection for aclient, she approached me to offer “referrals to other realtors” if I wouldhelp the sale of this house by overseeing potential problems with the home thatI was inspecting. I advised her that Ican’t help her as it would be unethical for me to falsify a home inspection forprofit or advantage of business.
