Darn toilet. Should have had it inspected before lift-off.
That contraption has had problems since the original shuttle. Problem is American’s are trying to fix it. 
Example, America, understanding the challenge of writing in a zero g environment, with wide temperature swings, designed, tested and fielded a very expensive “SPACE PEN”. The Soviets just used pencils.
Shoulda had it inspected before purchasing… Dont you think??
