Default New Construction report

Can anyone tell me, what Inspection report they use for new construction inspections. I have been getting quite a few request for new construction as well as inspections for following up behind contractors work. I would like to know if there is a report I can download on my tablet that pertains to this area.

I inspect new construction the same way I inspect any other home.

Water leaks, missing GFCI's, etc all show up the same way.
