Instead of staying in my wife and I went to the Oceanaire seafood restaurant.
I had deep fried (whole fish) arctic char with truffled mashed potatoes.
She had Canadian salmon with a dollop of caviar on top and a salad.
Desert was creme brule.
Damn, that arctic char was tasty. Had the leftovers for breakfast just now.
