[size=][size=][size=][size=][size=][size=]Our speaker will be Bill Minnick (geologist and certified hazardous material manager), Mitch Weldon, and Todd Nugent of AEi2, LLC on 2010 regulations, asbestos, and lead issues relating to home inspectors and home inspections.[/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size]

[size=][size=][size=][size=][size=][size=]Our regulary scheduled Bloomfield meeting will be April 23. We are back to our normal meeting schedule in April - the second Tuesday in Medford, the fourth Thursday in Bloomfield - the last two meetings prior to the turnover date for our licenses.[/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size]

[size=][size=][size=][size=][size=][size=]Thanks to those who came out about our all day ceu extravaganza on 3/30/09 at Forsgate country club - it was a great day - but Phil really does need those glasses. [/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size]
[size=][size=][size=][size=][size=]Remember we have something new for NJ NACHI meetings as part of our membership initiative - for any member bringing a new non-member guest to a NJ NACHI meeting, the guest attneds the first meeting for free (a $35 value) and the member attends for 1/2 the usual fee - Such a deal![/size][/size][/size][/size][/size]
We also have some initiatives in the works to capitalize on Triple Play and raised the exposure of our Chapter and our members with realtors across the state.
