Public Apology to Roy Cooke

Dear Members -

As the person responsible for putting together the NACHI e-mail newsletter, I would like to apologize for neglecting to acknowledge Roy Cooke as NACHI’s Canadian Member of the Year in our latest issue. It was an unintentional oversight on my part, and I regret not publicly recognizing Roy for his dedication to NACHI, the great things he has done for our organization and members, and his well-deserved award.

I spoke to Roy this evening, and he was (as most of you who have met him would expect) most gracious. Nonetheless, I wanted to post this apology here to make everyone aware of my error. As Roy so aptly put it, “show me a man who doesn’t make mistakes, and I’ll show you a man who doesn’t do anything.”

Thanks Eric and Have a great 45th tomorrow .
Roy Cooke A Happy NACHI member

Argh! You have to remind me?

P.S. Judging from the shape of the birthday present my wife has wrapped for me in the den, I think it’s a walker. :frowning:

Happy Birthday Eric!

Good thought Eric and Happy Birthday. It’s all downhill now. ha ha.

Marcel

Thanks you guys!

Happy Birthday Eric! You’ve got five years on me. I am about to get the “You’re old as dirt” b-day cards in a couple months.

Congrats, Roy and good job!
