Hello,
I’m currently writing my mock inspections using the template and I’m not sure about something. The house has no attic space and the only unfinished space is the rafters in the garage. I’m assuming that is not considered “unfinished space” or Attic because it’s in the garage and not inside the house. Is that correct?
