I am a first time home buyer and am considering buying a home that has a sea wall. From what I understand most home inspectors are not certified to inspect sea walls. I was hoping you would have a list and could refer me to a good sea wall inspector in the Seattle Tacoma area that inspects sea walls for private residences. The house I am looking at is on Day Island (not an actual island but more of a peninsula) in Tacoma. Please let me know.
