Question for Maryland or West Virginia inspectors. I am just starting to do inspections. I don’t think I have to charge tax for my services in either state but just want to be sure so I am asking the experts! Thanks for your help.
Um. The expert would be your accountant not whomever answers you on this message board. Listening to strangers tell you what they think is right could lead you into a bad place. Don’t begin a business venture without consulting a lawyer and accountant/tax adviser first, maybe this is why so many inspection companies fail?
