My daughter is dating a farmer and to smooth me up he brought over a crate of tomatoes.
I skinned 20 large tomatoes
Added 1/2 sweet chopped onion, 6 cloves chopped fresh garlic and cooked low till translucent
Mashed all the tomatoes and left the seeds (lazy azz)
Added 1/2 a habbenero pepper (mushed it all)
Added the onion, garlic bits
Pepper, salt. oregano, fresh basil
1/2 can tomato paste
1/2 lime squeezed
Simple as can be and its all bubbled down nice and thick
