Found this inside a garage door today. Looks like black turds with a white cap. It’s even on vertical concrete lower walls, which makes it strange. Any body know what it came from?

I would rather have them than BUGS.
If you see a house gecko and are trying to remove it from the house or saving it from cats handle very very gently as they can get hurt very easily. Easiest way would be to chase them into a very thin side wall box of some kind. If you grab them like a regular lizard you can kill them accidentally.
