What is the difference between the “Manual for a Happy Home” and “Now that you have had a home Inspection”?

Authors. I think Ben’s is geared toward the inspector. Dr. Swift’s is more to the buyer.

I thought the new (2nd) edition was to be in color. When will it be available? Also, when I click the link, the pictures (cover?) are missing.
