The picture shown is of my roof. It is a truss roof. Where the top chord meets the bottom chord there is only a clip present. I cannot visualize the amount of nails or type of nails used due to insulation obstruction. Other parts of the sheathing are using 6p nails. There is no strapping present. This house was built in 1980. I would have measured the distance between the nails on the rafter but I haven’t received the nail detector I ordered yet.
