Get sued even if your agreement disclaims mold?
It happens, as the client will argue that you are the Professional and should have known…yada, yada…
But if you offer it as a service and they decline to pay you for it, well then shame on them and you are in the clear…
Well that’s my opinion, I am sure Nick can add some more light on the issue…

It is easier to sue the inspector over the defect missed which caused the mold than the mold itself.
