Default Home Inspector Test in Kansas

The hearing is Tuesday at 8:30 in front of the Kansas Senate Commerce Committee

Several of us will be disputing the need for the Bill (SB-16 next Tuesday in Topeka before the Senate Commerce Committee and various issues in it ....

One thing caught my eye immediately considering on the last Inspector Board it was ASHI run with no other association having a seat. TEST requirements

New Testing Requirement Wordings for Kansas License ………….

Has successfully completed and passed a proctored written or electronic exam that has been approved by the Board and is psychometrically evaluated, etc, etc

What do we say to counter that wording and get our test in there also like Florida for example
