Harrison, Topeka, Kansas. Although not set yet, the tentative agenda will address two primary topics, the process for approving education providers for the pre registration education and the Standards of Practice. A draft of the Standards of Practice we will be working on will be available at www.ksinspectors.org on or before July 13th. As time permits, comments and suggestions will be welcomed from anyone wishing to provide input on the SOP. A second meeting will be held within a few weeks in Wichita to continue the discussion. The date, time and location of the meeting will be provided on a later date.

Are you going, Nick? Continuing education and SOPs are your specialty.

What happened to meeting at the law office in Wichita? I love the term “because you have been asked”. They only want inspectors to register and be licensed that they want. A dictatorship. As in North Carolina and other states, these laws are getting way out of hand. It is a virus that has no cure. The board wants to control education, standard(s) of practice, code of ethics, rules and regulations; basically they want control of us.
