What was the date on that approval. If it occurred after 12/2/16 it is worthless because the group the Governor put in place has NO legal authority to approve anything. By law only the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors has any legal authority. This new Kentucky Real Estate Authority has no authority. Right now no one can approve anything!! Yes Kentucky is InterNACHI country and we aim to keep it that way…RESTORE KBHI!!!
