Just another ploy by the MAR and real estate agents to move liability onto others. Now the sellers will be responsible. How this effects the consumers is beyond me. It should be, and must be, up to the real estate agents to inform the home buyers about radon, and to have the buyers decide to test, or not to test for the presence of radon. The REA’s should inform the home buyers that radon measurements can change with weather, lack of closed house conditions, etc.
Another scam, IMO.
