I have spoken with a lawyer regarding the new Floride Law. We as inspectors will have rights under the state law that will enable us to stay in business if the state does not get its act together. I have worked hard for my business as you all have and am not waiting to see what happens. I am going to help control what happens. It is entirely possible that we all may be out of business July 2010 if no action takes place in the government. This is the only way that I know of to be completely informed and avoid this potential mess. My attorney is willing to represent a group of inspectors. I am doing this with or without fellow inspectors but wanted to extend this invitation to anyone as pssionate about their business as we are.
