The ESOP did not think so.

Yes or no, do believe that the CEO has to follow every ESOP recommendation? Yes or no?

Again with this crap.

YOU have never refused to implement a sanction recommended by the ESOP.

NEVER, until now

Sacrificing the integrity of the COE to protect a problematic vendor is a sad day in NACHI's history IMHO.

Correct. Never.

Note: I wasn't CEO during this latest recommendation.

Because its a red herring Nick.

I could recommend you fire Chris.

Should that be honored. NO

You can't change what happened.

You protected a vendor who was found guilty of multiple violations of the COE.

You are saying the ESOP was wrong to recommend the sanction by refusing to implement it.

And you have been trying to defend the indefensible ever since with shuck, jive and now a VCOE.

Nope. I listen to a dozen recommendations a day (at least) that I don't follow, and the next day I ask for more.

Anyway, are you going to answer the question or not? Should our CEO follow every ESOP recommendation? Yes or no?

Just type a "Y" or an "N."

AGAIN.

You failed to implement an ESOP sanction for the very first time and wasted the donated time of the committee by doing so.

You can't change that fact by trying to bury with the other decisions you make daily.

It's in a class by itself.

And all over some a spoiled brat vendor.

I did answer.

You threw out the COE.

And the answer for your tender ears is YES

You tried to defend your refusal by saying it would harm members. That has already been refuted as baloney.

So since you believe the CEO should follow every ESOP recommendation, do you also believe that the CEO should follow every other committee recommendation? Yes or no?

You are putting up another red herring, strawman, stupid example.

How many times have you refused to implement an ESOP sanction?

Answer: Once

to protect a vendor who was behaving badly.

And how does he reward your decision/bye?

By more bad behavior and denying he violated anything.
