I didn't click your link... I ALWAYS sign my Contract along with my Client on a hard copy, with both of us receiving copies of the signed documents. I have had many attorneys as clients, and have received many positive comments regarding my handling of Legal Documents from them. That is all the confirmation I need, to know that I am doing what is right for myself, my company, and my clients.

In Illinois inspectors are Required to sign the agreement.

Agreed, and in most if not all courts any contract Not signed by all parties is not a valid contract.
