Do you have separate agreements for single item inspections or do you just use your standard inspection agreement and write in what was inspected? Client wants a roof inspection.
Let me give this one a try. It is going to depend largely on what your state requires. In Texas, it would not be considered a standard home inspection, so you aren’t bound to using the TREC form. However, your client may need this for insurance. If so, you would at least want to get the insurance company’s form or their requirements. I hope that helps.
