Default Tennessee Approves InterNACHI's Live Become A Certified Home Inspector Class

Become a Certified Home Inspector in Tennessee Live Class

If you want to become a Tennessee-licensed home inspector, you are required by the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance to take 90 hours of qualifying, approved education. InterNACHI« offers two options to obtain this training.

The first method is to complete the full 90 hours online. View the online curriculum at this link: https://www.nachi.org/tennessee-insp...ng-course.htm.

The second method is a hybrid of 40 hours of live classroom training at InterNACHI« Headquarters in Boulder, Colorado, with the remaining 50 hours to be completed online. Upon completion of the 90-hour course, the student is also required to pass the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE).
