Hey Mike just some kudos .My Ex wife and here new husband recently bought ahome ins Dallas and they called and asked if getting a inspection was worth it ? Of course I told them absolutly. The inspector did a great job and they were astonded by the information as well as the $10.000 they were able to negotiate off the cost of the sale. Thanks to all my Texas brothers holding the Line.
