1. Liberty Mutual only has to comply with the COE if they voluntarily agree to comply with it. If you don't want to have to abide by the COE, that's fine… you just don't get the same access to InterNACHI members as vendors who do.

2. No one said anything about marching to offices and demanding internal documents. Read the COE again.

No lie...cant wait for Nick to contact Hertz and tell them that they have to pay $500 for the discount they give inspectors. That should be a hoot!
No vendor in the world has to pay InterNACHI to offer InterNACHI members a discount.

I think I got burned by the same guy. An E-newsletter business. The vendor was highly praised by a couple of inspectors on the message board, then the vendor packed up and split. With my money.
I hear ya.

You are considered a vendor if you sell inspection-related products to InterNACHI members. Members who are both a member and a vendor must comply with both COEs.

(We don't charge members twice to be both a vendor and a member, though.)

So let me see if I understand this correctly... Thornbury can still generate tens of thousands of dollars in profit from selling his gimmicks to willing NACHI Members, and then turn around and use those profits to fund an email campaign which claims other NACHI members who refuse to use his products are somehow inferior...

A simple yes, or no would suffice?

The only thing on it that warrants expulsion is, not giving InterNACHI members discounts, which has nothing to do with ethics, and its Nicks primary goal.

Uh... yes. If a vendor wants to post on InterNACHI's message board, he/she can... but it's our way or the highway.

No one came to your defense when i called you liar.(And don't mention Cameron)

You keep trying to deny it but not even you friends will come forward and agree with you.

Facts are what they are.

Nothing funny about it.

and you also know that i am not the only one who called you out.

The VCOE does not PREVENT people from getting ripped off, it just prevents them from coming back, which there already is a method in place for that.
An InterNACHI member who paid the same or more for a vendor's product/service than a non-member has been "ripped off", IMHO. We're putting an end to these ripoffs.

Isn't that what you are currently doing... Conducting an email campaign targeting NACHI members who refuse to use your products?

So then family members are also open to this correct? Just want to be clear about this.

As long as vendors can openly wage war against NACHI members who refuse to use their gimmicks this VCOE ain't worth a damn.
