Hello All-
I’ve been waiting for my IOS certificate to arrive so i can start getting out in the field. However, I was told by the real estate division, it could be up to 12 weeks(:roll:) to receive my certificate. Here i am at week 5 and feeling frustrated i can’t get my ball rolling. Question is…what can i be doing until i receive my IOS certificate?
I started trying to knock out some of the continuing education required, but to receive credit, the site requires your business info in order to get credit for the course taken (correct?)
Im staying up to date on the latest news, reviewing common inspector stuff, etc…
any suggestions? Thank you!
