Default The Washington Post pounds ASHI and recommends InterNACHI.

That's how I read it anyway. Your mileage may vary.

They did put a reasonable spin on it for a change. Nice article.

Mine take does vary.

The writer recommends using either NACHI or ashi inspector although the focus of the article was regarding the poor practice of an ashi inspector.

To bad they didn't contact Nick for the article, he could have told them about the online agreement system that we have free access to as members that eliminate these types of practices. Maybe then the writer would have only recommended using a NACHI inspector?

The reporter failed to note that ASHI was taken over by NAMBLA on Friday.

Google search of NAMBLA, not the result I was expecting?

It's a good thing they were taken over too. Most of the few members they have left are beginning to suffer from rigamortis.

If they ever had to go to court I wonder if that jerk off would get hammered.

"Yes your honor, I saw the rules AFTER the game was over AND he would NOT give me my report TILL we signed it. " (Duress ???)

I see nothing indicating bias towards an association however do see in comments which people including myself love to read a number of people that feel Home Inspectors are bogus which bothers me .I may go in tomorrow and reply when not angry over those comments .I actually am considering a agreement upfront saying I am totally harmless for anything missed because at this point am almost 100% referral and those using me feel I am damn good .Might even put it on my websites to make sure they cant say they were not warned.Never had a real complaint so why not ?
