I was wondering if anyone can guide me on how to obtain my WDO inspection license for New York.

There is no such thing as a WDI inspection license in NY State.

Training and certification is NOT a requirement of law in NY. WDI inspections are NOT a part of a Home Inspection, and are not covered under the law.

For HUD inspections, HUD may require proof of certification, which can be satisfied through training and testing given through the DEC. It would be in the sub-category of Structural Pesticide Applications.

Ther is no special requirement to fill out the NPMA-33 form.
