Who wants to live with high voltage lines buzzing in the backyard, anyway? I’m convinced you could build a house 100’ from a sewage plant and someone would buy it.

Was 2X material attached on either side with nails only? Eee gads.
BTW… I’ve had to use hardware when stringers land like that here. Is that a req. there, or could they have pressure blocked? Just curious. We used to be able to pressure/shear block a lot of stuff… not so much anymore.
