Wire not secured in proper location.

Wire not secured properly under clamp.

Wire should be secured on the opposite side to the bolt

The ground electrode conductor should be placed between the clamp bolt and the ground rod.

What the “layman’s” term used to describe the clamp?
What is written/stamped on the clamp?

The clamp is called an “Acorn” clamp. Wire should be installed opposite side of the bolt.

Not only is it installed on the wrong side of the clamp, it can be utilized for burial purposes.
