Flashing around windows 2

Do you think this window will ever leak?

Does not look flashed or even caulked.
Love the puzzle pieces:)

Robert,

It was built this way four years ago. It has to be right. LOL

Sooooooooo
Any water yet?

Did not find any and the MOLD inspector looked also.

All in due time.

What direction does the wall face?

Buck,

Most of the time as you know around here they install them that way and just slap trim on them no flashing anywhere.

Except for the ones they install under the siding and then they leak like a sieve at the bottom.

Carl could you explain what is wrong on the first image?
(circular window)

Not enough flashing.

No backer rod and sealant joints as per most window mfgrs. specs.

Faux flashing.

Even though these are with stucco it can be done with any cladding.

The sill of the window under the trim to kick the water out over the cladding.
The head of the window.
The trim above the head of the window.

Good shots
Gotta get to your site more

Speaking of flashing…
