I had to take a picture of this as it was so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes.
Next to house I was inspecting. Maybe they use it for an outdoor shower as well.
The POS in Cleveland run the entire length of the street, like a disease. Remember Andromeda strain??

No, I did not want to get in trouble for trespassing but I sure did want to look inside.
Maybe they take a shower and do the wash in the summer, also could be for alligators for all I know, (would not surprise me)

Do they remove the downspouts in the winter so they do not fill up with ice?

I inspected a house in a rural area that had a setup similar to that, and yes, that was their only source of water. :roll:
