Leaning soldiers

OK, this is a single story home built in 2007.
The area in question is above the 2 car OHD. All the courses of bricks ABOVE the soldier row are plumb, but the soldiers are actually leaning back in towards the structure by more than an inch.
My only guess is maybe the lintel is angled somehow???

Any thoughts?

My guess would be something got framed wrong and they just tried to blend it in when laying the brick, rather than fixing it. Of course that assumes that there is no indication of movement visible anywhere.

No cracking in mortar at top of soldier course means no movement since laid.

That’s what I was thinking.
