the next fall storm guarantees moisture intrusion and the beginning of the hazmat uited mold team
he was going to forgo and exclude exterior inspection because, “HOA takes care of everything on the exterior”
another inspector i work with turned him on to me due to stucco cladding and convinced him to schedule…the rest is history
sad state of affairs when the county doesn’t have the CO forms
