Downstairs condo bathroom without an exhaust fan. It does have a window. The buyer would like a fan. Exterior wall is in the tub/shower, so no go thru the wall. Without knowing the direction of joists, and assuming they will cause issues, any options for removing the moisture laden air I am not aware of???

If there is sufficient headroom of 8’ ceilings, providing a soffit for the fan might be an option.
A wall fan, would be another alternative.
