I do not like to see a cement basement not allowed to Breath .
Tried carpet tiles same idea Solid rubber back and they all had a stain on the back (“Looked like mould”) and where cold.
I lifted cleaned and Put down Dry core Floor temp with dry core 65°F with out dry core 54°F.
A lot more comfortable … Roy
