Only thing I can tell from the picture is it appears to be installed upside down as the knob set looks a little high…it was probably designed to swing the other direction?
Is the home settling ?

Door knob is a little high like 48" maybe, and the top hinge looks like 12" down and should be about 7 1/2" down.
Upside down door would make the latch set height at about 44".
How did you write that one up??

I’m kinda like the old doors…only made to swing one way:shock: I wouldn’t write it up, but would mention to the clients that it appears that some handy homeowner work has been done around here.?
