Can anyone tell me what this is? It was wired in an old home to each room with a device on the ceiling. See attached photos. Thanks!

Photo # 2 looks like a HEAT DETECTOR. But it is painted and will not operate properly.
Thanks for your reply. I figured it was something along those lines since each room has one. They are all painted and were wired back to the audiographics panel but the wires are not attached anymore. Once again, thanks for your quick reply.

Yep… looks like a fire alarm station to me.
By the way, I’m assuming your photo indicates you were/are in the Marine Corps. I was in 90-96. Semper Fi!
